Enhancing Accessibility: Triptico's Latest Update
Discover a new user-friendly change designed to make Triptico more accessible and intuitive.
I receive many emails and questions via the live chat like this one:
Hello David, I'm having trouble finding the ‘Hidden Card’ resource.
Can you tell me how to find it?
The issue is that some resources require a minimum number of cards.
If your saved file doesn’t meet this requirement then the resource will not be displayed. This is not very intuitive.
In response to feedback - this time not from a Triptico subscriber, but from my colleague Chris - I have made a change to the ‘Saved Files’ page:
In the image above, the user has clicked on the Benefits of Studying Shakespeare saved file.
All of the resources are now displayed in the panel at the bottom of the screen, but some are faded. These are the resources that cannot be used to open this saved file.
Clicking on a faded resource reveals why the resource cannot be used:
I hope that this update will make your experience smoother and more enjoyable.
Thank you to Chris for the idea!
